I came there with my friends for brunch and the foods and drinks were amazing as the menu had so many options and my favourite out of them all was the caramel frappe. The staff is very nice and very welcoming.

Breakfast was dry and over cooked bacon could break teeth sausages of poor quality and over cooked fried eggs hard could not eat may be just an off day

Was just looking for somewhere to hang out while on a little break. The coffee was nice and the cakes were also good. I had a vanilla oat latte and a red velvet cake. We also got an oat flat white with coffee and walnut cake.
Was satisfied with the drinks and cake. The staff were also friendly and personable. Only reason I have not put 5 stars is because there was no Wi-Fi inside. Other than that, an overall positive experience.

My partner and I had a late lunch here over the weekend and we chose Aroma as my partner had previously been and really enjoyed the food and the service. Suffice to say, we were not disappointed. The food (and smoothies) were delicious with very generous portions. The team were super friendly and I was even given advice on the best way to reheat half of my panini at home (eyes were too big for my belly!) which was a really lovely, and personal touch. Thank you. Highly recommended

Visit regularly. Sometimes just for a coffee. Staff and owners are so lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. Great atmosphere and food fresh and piping hot. Highly recommend.

Cafe Aroma has been a local for me and my dad for the past few months. It is a lovely cafe with friendly and kind staff. My dad loves his coffee and I enjoy my milkshakes, especially trying all the different varieties they have from their special milkshake menu. I have tried them all and this is my ranking list of them:
1. Biscoff (This is the best by far.)
2. Ferrero Rocher
3. Oreo Blast
4. Aero Bubbles
5. Smarties
6. Cookie Madness
7. After Eight
8. Malteser
I highly recommend anyone who is looking to try out a new cafe to visit Cafe Aroma, because they are a fantastic Cafe.

I’ve been to Aroma a few times for breakfast and it has now become our favourite place!
Such lovely, happy, welcoming staff. Delicious food and amazing drinks. The atmosphere is fabulous too with its botanical theme decor and soft background music. Really a lovely place to eat. 5 ⭐️

Stopped off here for some breakfast' after seeing all the other good reviews thought would give it a go.
Lovely cafe in the shopping centre. Attentive, friendly staff, very clean and the breakfast and coffee was top notch.
I had the aroma breakfast and a flat white.

Came from London to Birmingham and couldn’t find any good cafes around the area apart from Aroma which was only a 20 minute drive from where we were staying in Birmingham. For starters the food was really really good, provided us with a lot of vegetarian options and made sure we were looked after and taken care of.
Atmosphere and setting inside the cafe is also top tier.
Would recommend to anyone around the area.
And again staff were lovely and made sure each stage of our experience was wonderful.

I’m currently sat in a lively little spot out the front of the cafe. A great spot to have a coffee and people watch. I ordered a Cappuccino and an “Olympic” breakfast - basically a full English! I’m not exaggerating. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Couldn’t fault any aspect of it. The coffee was spot on too, with a lovely message also. The staff are super friendly, the service is prompt and spot on. I hardly ever leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so. Truly brilliant.
